Japanese Filmmaker Takayuki Akachi compiles a series of photographs documenting a girl, her travels over 2 years and how the single pair of denim she wears absorbs all the experiences of her adventure. The end result is nothing short of…
I get home from seeing the new Robin Hood movie tonight (not the greatest movie) and I do my usual thing where I jump on Facebook to see whats happened since i last checked it. - 10 mins earlier.
Anyway, I see one of my mates from back home is online and we get talking about Kanye’s new track featuring Dwele (the tracks called ‘power’) and how good the beat is. Then we start talking about few different blogs (Hypebeast & Maestro) when I find this guy, Theophilus London on the Hypebeast blog.
After a quick myspace search I find his profile and really start to enjoy listening to his big beat tracks. Have a listen and see what you think but be sure to listen to:
- Pull my heart away
- Cold pillow
- Ultraviolet
Enjoy.
I always enjoy seeing the new LYNX TVC & online campaigns because they click perfectly with their audience. The other day though I came across LYNX’s ‘Keeping Keeley’ online campaign and although it was only a matter of time before they did something like this, the quality and near seemless scene changing of the interactive-multiple-plot game is impressive.
After you have a look at some of the behind the scenes footage above to get you excited have a go at the online interactive experience by clicking the link below. - I got Keeley first time, see how you go ;)
Firtstly, I’m not going to steal credit for finding this clip, I found it on a work mate’s blog (Luke Lucas) on Lifelounge.com.
But the idea behind this ad which is for Primavera Sound 2010 is that the little model like humans explode releasing colourful bits and pieces which are symbolic of the kinds of emotions that can be evoked when listening to music… And as Luke expresses (and for those of us in advertising know) the simple ideas are the best.
See what you think and if you want to see more behind the scenes from the making of this ad check it out here: http://www.lifelounge.com/blogs/luke/primavera-sound-2010-concept-by-no-domain.aspx
i dunno, just watch it!
yeah i’m pretty much just posting things at the moment but you had to admit that this a great mix of landscape photography and lighting effects.
